Amy Bates
With 10+ years of experience planning and executing conferences, sales meeting and trade shows, Amy began her career coordinating and managing trade shows and sales meetings for a Tulsa, OK-based manufacturing company. Upon moving to Northwest Arkansas, she started an event planning business focused on corporate events and has since grown to offer turnkey event management services for a variety of clients in Arkansas and the surrounding states.

Amy holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Northeastern State University. Her creative, details-oriented approach to event planning has earned her the repeat business of clients ranging from multi-national corporations and state trade associations to local charitable fundraisers and individuals seeking a professional event planner. "We do all the work," she says to clients. "You get all the credit."
   

David Bates
With over 17 years of experience in the advertising and broadcast media industries, David worked as an account executive for a regional advertising agency based in Oklahoma, developing and implementing marketing campaigns for local and national companies. He began his broadcast media career with a radio station in Tulsa, OK, eventually rising to the position of General Sales Manager. He then moved on to a Director of Sales position with a seven-station group in Fayetteville, AR.

A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a bachelor's degree in public relations, David started his own company and currently works with a variety of clients, providing public relations services, marketing plan development and execution, as well as broadcast media negotiation and placement.

Rachel Davis
A graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a bachelor's degree in hospitality and restaurant management, Rachel worked as an assistant coordinator for Bates Marketing and Events in Fayetteville, AR, for several years before becoming Event Coordinator for the Little Rock office. Rachel's extensive experience in all areas of event planning and execution and her unique design talents serve clients well.
